The Division of Institutional Effectiveness supports district-wide continuous improvement initiatives through a regular collection of survey data from various stakeholders about programs and services. The data from each survey are tabulated and analyzed to inform strategic planning and decision making process for improving services, programs, and stakeholder satisfaction.
