At the District, all employees play a vital role in student learning and development while being learners themselves. The Employee Training & Development Initiative will provide professional development and continuous learning opportunities for all college employees. This Initiative will allow the District to build upon employees' strengths in a comprehensive, effective, and efficient manner.
