Business Administration
Administrative services and facilities managers plan, coordinate, and direct a broad range of activities that allow organizations to run efficiently. An organization may have several managers who oversee services for multiple departments, such as mail, printing and copying, recordkeeping, security, building maintenance, and recycling.
The student will complete core liberal arts and business courses. Those anticipating transfer should coordinate their studies with the transfer policies of the institutions to which they intend to transfer. In some instances, these students may find it more advantageous to pursue a more general associate degree.
An Associate of Arts (AA) and Applied Science (AAS) degree in business administration from WCCCD prepares you for work across various roles such as:

Overall employment of administrative services and facilities managers is projected to grow 7 percent from 2021 to 2031, about as fast as the average for all occupations. About 31,900 openings for administrative services and facilities managers are projected each year, on average, over the decade.
Where is WCCCD’s Business Administration Program Offered?
The Business Administration program is offered at our Downriver, Curtis L. Ivery Downtown, Northwest, Eastern, and Ted Scott campuses. All five campuses also offer classes for other business-related certificates and degrees.
