Once a class has reached its capacity the next student registering may have an opportunity to be assigned to a waitlist. If one or more of the original students registered drop/withdraw from the class the students on the waitlist will receive an email notification to their official WCCCD student email address to “claim” a newly available seat. Students will have 24 hours to register for the class or the message will be sent to the next student on the waitlist.
  • Note that being on a waitlist does not guarantee that a student will have an opportunity to register for a closed course.
  • Also, note that not every course has a waitlist option.
