Welcome to the WCCCD! The My Wildcat Portal is an online hub where you can:

Steps for First-time Users

Step 1: Open your welcome email

Find your new student email address and temporary password. Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Sign in

Go to My Wildcat Portal and sign in with your student email and temporary password.

Step 3: Create your password

Replace the temporary password with one only you know.

Step 4: Set up MFA

Add the Microsoft Authenticator app (recommended), or use text or email. This protects your account and lets you reset a forgotten password yourself.

Need Help?

I didn't get my welcome email.

Check your spam or junk folder in the personal email you used on your application. If it's not there, contact the District Student Services at 313-496-2634.

My temporary password isn't working.

Your temporary password does not expire. If you already used it to create your own password, sign in with the password you created. If you need a new temporary password, call the Help Desk at 313-496-2666.

I got a new phone or lost my phone and can't complete MFA.

Contact the Help Desk at 313-496-2666 to reset your MFA, then set it up again on your new phone.

Note: An MFA reset does not change your password. Sign in with your existing password.

I'm a Returning Student.

Welcome back! You will also receive an email with your existing WCCCD student account information. Sign in with your existing password. If you don't remember it, call the Help Desk at 313-496-2666 to request a new password.
