Student Outcomes
Pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA), all institutions that participate in Title IV Student Financial Aid programs and that enroll first-time, full-time undergraduate students must make available the graduation and transfer-out rates of certificate or degree-seeking, first-time, full-time students to current and prospective students.
WCCCD's graduation and transfer-out rates below indicate the percentage of first-time, full-time, certificate or degree-seeking students who complete an associate's degree or certificate at WCCCD in three years (150%) and those who transfer out to another college or university within those same three years. The data is consistent with data disclosure on College Navigator.

Graduation & Transfer-out Rates for Student Athletes
Pursuant to the HEOA, all institutions participating in Title IV HEA Student Financial Aid programs that enroll students receiving athletically related student aid are required to make available graduation and transfer-out rates for certificate or degree-seeking, first-time, full-time students who received athletic scholarships.
Table 3: Graduation and Transfer-out Rates for Student Athletes
| Sport | Gender | Total Participants (2021-22) | New Students (First-Time) | Grad Rate 150% | Transfer-out Rate 150% |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| Bowling | Men | 5 | 3 | * | |

*WCCCD is in compliance with this requirement. However, the number of student athletes who are certificate or degree-seeking, first-time, full-time, and received athletically related student aid for each sport is fewer than 10 students. Disclosing this information could potentially reveal personally identifiable information about individual students.
Although the District is required to provide data on the number of first-time, full-time enrollments who complete a certificate or degree within 3 years, many students take longer to graduate, and many others attend WCCCD for various educational, professional, and personal reasons.
