Performers Expo

WELCOME TO THE WAYNE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT’S HEINZ C. PRECHTER EDUCATIONAL AND PERFORMING ARTS CENTER (EPAC)

Presented by WCCCD’s  Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center and the School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development in partnership with NKSK Events + Productions, Njia Kai.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Performers Expo is a unique event in Metro Detroit, not a talent show or contest. The annual showcase is a professional development opportunity that features some of Michigan’s best talent.  Artists can submit their performance samples and those selected by the jury perform a 4-minute showcase on the main stage of the beautiful Heinz C. Prechter Educational and Performing Arts Center for a team of jurors made up of area talent buyers. Jurors provide written feedback for each act that appears.  The expo includes a professional development workshop with an industry insider and a great opportunity to network with colleagues and share promotional materials. All activities are free for all participants.
